Windsor Utilities Commission plant commissioned 1994; ozone primary disinfection added 2001. Screening, pH adjustment, ozone, coagulation/flocculation/sedimentation, dual-media filtration, chlorination, fluoridation, and phosphate corrosion control. Maximum capacity about 268 million litres per day. Operated by ENWIN.
