  High River Aquifer (GWUDI of Highwood River)

  Multiple production wells in a shallow surficial aquifer south of the Highwood River; reservoirs and distribution pumps serve the town.

  Wells are classified GWUDI because the aquifer is recharged by the adjacent Highwood River—a vulnerability highlighted after the 2013 flood.
