  Also serves RM of Estevan customers on the system; three potable storage reservoirs.

  Switching from Boundary Dam to Rafferty roughly halved hardness and TDS and cut treatment chemical use 60–70%.

  Estevan Water Treatment Plant (Class 4)

  Surface plant up to ~14,000 m³/day with filtration, chemical feed, UV. Residuals management ponds (2017) instead of discharging filter wash to Souris River.
