  Phillips Reservoir is Cranbrook’s sole raw-water storage—watershed forest health and creek turbidity drive supply risk more than a large lake intake would.

  Joseph and Gold Creek waters divert into Phillips Reservoir (~2.3 billion litres) southeast of the city for settling, then chlorine and fluoride injection before distribution.
